LWVGL Annual Meeting
The LWVGL Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 15th at the Lilly Nature Center. Dinner catered by Panera's will begin at 5:30 PM and the business meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. An RSVP is important to accommodate an appropriate amount of dinner and room design. Contact Joanne Evers at 765-497-1040 or president@leaguelafayette.org by May 10th. The meal will cost $9.00 to be paid at the door.

2011-12 This Is Your Community Series
Only two more discussion meetings left for the year. On April 19 Bill Hooper will share is long experience with the Lafayette Citizens Band and on May 17 Kathryn Redd, Director of the Tippecanoe County Project Safe Neighborhoods Anti-gang Initiative will share information on juvenile gang activity in Tippecanoe County. Check out the calendar for location and time.

Library Study Report Completed
The Local Government Study Committee completed its study of library services in Tippecanoe County. Read the complete report titled, Library Services in Tippecanoe County-Study Committee Report. A hearty thank you is shared with committee members for their dedication and perseverance.

The Greater Lafayette League of Women Voters 2012 Directory of Government Officials is now available. This publication contains contact information for elected and appointed officials and commissions for Tippecanoe County, Lafayette, West Lafayette, Battle Ground, Clarks Hill, Dayton and Shadeland.
